Alan Lourenco is a seasoned investment banking professional with extensive experience in the mining sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Investment Banking at Red Cloud Securities Inc. since March 2019, Alan previously held the position of Vice President Investment Banking at Canaccord Genuity Inc. from August 2009 to March 2017. Alan’s expertise encompasses financial modeling, valuation, and the identification and evaluation of corporate development opportunities. Additionally, Alan began a career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Scotiabank from September 2007 to September 2008. Alan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance and Economics from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
