Elizabeth Mello is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in real estate and recruitment. Currently serving as a Real Estate Broker at RED Collective: Realty Environments Design since July 2020, Elizabeth previously held positions as Director of Recruiting at Talent Finders, Inc. and as a Freelance Recruiter. Elizabeth's background also includes a role as Human Resources Manager and Lead Recruiter at Frost Converting Systems, Inc., overseeing payroll and benefits for over 50 employees. Additionally, Elizabeth founded and operated The Phoenix Cafe in Benton Harbor, Michigan, where successful management of staff and business operations contributed to local economic growth. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Salem College.
