Ty Rivers

Ty Rivers, MBA has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Ty is currently working as the Director of Field Operations at Red Dot Storage since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Motili, where they held multiple roles including Director of Operations from July 2020 to October 2022, and Operations Manager from September 2019 to July 2020. Ty also has experience as a National Account Manager and Inside Sales Representative at Motili, where they were responsible for closing deals with national accounts and maintaining client relationships. Before joining Motili, Ty was a Full-Time MBA Student at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business from January 2018 to August 2019. Ty also served in the United States Air Force, where they held roles such as Adverse Actions Program Manager and Force Management. In these roles, they demonstrated strong leadership skills and contributed to the successful implementation of new systems.

Prior to their MBA, Ty completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado Denver where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with an impressive GPA of 3.977. Before pursuing higher education, Ty attended the United States Air Force Academy, where they focused on Behavioral Sciences. In addition to their formal education, Ty has obtained several certifications including Leadership for Managers from Driven Leadership in May 2021, OSHA General Industry Regulations Certification from the University of South Florida OSHA Training Institute Education Center in February 2020, CPR certification from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in January 2016, and Personnelist Training from the United States Air Force in December 2013.
