Lucy Molland

Lucy Molland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both sales management and driver education. Currently serving as a Driving Instructor at Pass With Lucy since September 2020, Lucy operates within an award-winning driving school covering Southampton, Hedge End, and surrounding areas. Prior to this role, Lucy held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Initial Medical Services from February 2009 to June 2018, managing Sales Consultants in Brentford and Bristol and earning the Regional Sales Manager of the Year award in both 2013 and 2015. Earlier career experience includes another Regional Sales Manager role at Sunlight Service Group, where Lucy managed Sales Consultants across the South and South West. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Recreational Management, Sport from the University of Gloucestershire and studies in Physical Education at Exeter College.
