David Francisco Blanco

David Francisco Blanco is a State lawyer and has a degree in Law and in Business Administration and Management from the University of Salamanca. He has developed his professional career as Chief State Lawyer in Tarragona, providing legal advice as coordinator of the Legal Assistance Agreement, among others, to the Spanish Government Subdelegation in Tarragona, the Tax Office and the Port Authority of Tarragona, where he has been a member of its Board of Directors.

He has also performed the functions of legal assistance and defense of the State before the Courts and Tribunals of the province, in the civil, commercial, criminal, labor and contentious-administrative jurisdictional orders. In recent years, he has served in the State Tax Administration Agency, specifically in the special delegation of the AEAT in Madrid as Deputy Chief State Attorney.
