Kelly Perron has a diverse work history spanning over 15 years. Kelly began their career at LifeTime Fitness as a Bistro Supervisor from May 2005 to August 2008. Kelly then moved on to Hilton Head Marriott Resort and Spa where they worked as an Activities Manager from May 2008 to June 2011.

In June 2011, Perron joined Hilton Head Health and took on the role of Guest Relations Manager until January 2015. During this time, they were responsible for overseeing the front office and transportation staff, as well as managing guest housing assignments and villa owner contracts and relationships.

From January 2015 to December 2017, Perron continued their tenure at Hilton Head Health as the Spa Manager. In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations and menu development, they worked directly with vendors to stay up to date with their products and scheduled staff training's.

In December 2017, Perron was promoted to the position of Director of Hospitality at Hilton Head Health, where they served until October 2018.

Most recently, Perron joined red flower as a Sales Manager - Spa & Hospitality in October 2018, where they are currently employed.

Kelly Perron attended Central Michigan University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in Commercial Recreation and Facility Management with a focus on Community Recreation. In 2007, Kelly also briefly studied at the American University of Rome, where they took courses in Marketing and Italian Language. However, no degree was mentioned for this particular experience.
