Amanda Taselaar

Amanda Taselaar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Amanda recently worked as a Marketing Manager at Red Games Co. starting in March 2023. Before that, Amanda worked at Kahoot! where they held multiple roles, including Product Marketing Manager from August 2021 to March 2023, Marketing Coordinator from August 2020 to August 2021, and an MBA Marketing Intern from May 2020 to August 2020.

Prior to their time at Kahoot!, Amanda served as the Director of the Junior Sailing Program at the Devon Yacht Club from June 2018 to August 2019. Amanda also gained valuable teaching experience at the NYC Department of Education, where they worked as a Head Classroom Teacher at PS 130 from September 2015 to June 2019 and as an English as a New Language (ENL) Morning Program Teacher from July 2017 to 2019.

Additionally, Amanda has interned at Time Magazine as a Social Media and Newsfeed Intern from June 2013 to August 2013. Amanda also worked as a Junior Sailing Instructor at the Ida Lewis Yacht Club in June 2011 and as a Retail Employee at Potter and Co. in June 2010.

Amanda Taselaar has a strong educational background, with a focus on diverse fields of study. Amanda attended Georgetown University from 2010 to 2014, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. During their time at Georgetown, Amanda also pursued minors in Education and Spanish. Following their undergraduate studies, Amanda chose to further their education by attending Teachers College, Columbia University. From 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Elementary Inclusive Education, emphasizing their passion for inclusive educational practices. Most recently, Amanda attended the Yale School of Management from 2019 to 2021, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, further diversifying their educational background.
