Paul Lealman MCIWM

Paul Lealman MCIWM has extensive work experience in waste management and environmental contracting. Paul is currently serving as the Group Operations Director at Red Industries since November 2019. Prior to that, they were the Head of Waste Operations at Augean PLC from October 2017 to November 2019. Paul also served as the Site Manager at Augean PLC from April 2006 to October 2017. Before joining Augean PLC, they worked as a Site Manager/Agent at Cheetham Hill Construction from April 2005 to April 2006. Their career began at MEL Ltd in September 2000, where they served as an Environmental Contractor. At MEL Ltd, they were responsible for managing the remediation of various brownfield projects, including Hythe Quays in Colchester and Holiday Dyes and Chemicals in Huddersfield.

Paul Lealman MCIWM attended the University of Leeds from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences.
