Kara Lusk

Kara Lusk currently serves as an Artist Manager for External Affairs and Partnerships at Red Light Management since July 2025. Prior to this role, Lusk was the Head of External Relations for Country Music at WME from November 2021 to June 2025, where the primary focus was on cultivating relationships and partnerships with Nashville’s sports teams, businesses, and community partners. Lusk's earlier experience includes positions as Executive Assistant at SWEET TALK PUBLICITY, INC., Associate Director of Alumni Programs at Belmont University, and various leadership roles at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and Christopher Newport University. Lusk holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Christopher Newport University.
