Hannah Kuhn-Fitting has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Hannah currently works as a Senior Sales and Management Recruiter at AllSearch Recruiting, specializing in the construction and building products industry. Hannah helps companies find talented professionals and assists professionals in finding their dream careers. Previously, they served as the Junior High Head Basketball Coach at the Red Lion Area School District, where they helped young student-athletes grow and succeed. Hannah has also worked as a Sales Account Executive at iHeartMedia and Republic Services, where they focused on business development and driving sales. Hannah gained experience in recruiting and coaching as a Graduate Student & Assistant Women's Basketball Coach at Norwich University. Additionally, they have worked as an Account Executive at iHeartMedia, an intern at United Way Worldwide, a Student Ambassador at Coker College, and a Teacher Assistant at Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12. Hannah started their career as a Resident Assistant at Mount Saint Mary's University.

Hannah started their Master's program in 2015 and successfully completed it in 2017, further solidifying their expertise in this particular field of study.
