Wesley Gates

Wesley Gates has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Wesley started their career as a MIS Director and Coordinator at GS Electric, Inc. in 1990 and continued in that role until 1994. Wesley then moved on to Adhesives Research, Inc. where they served as an IT Manager and ERP Manager from 1994 to 2006. In 2007, they joined Arris, Inc. as a Senior Business Analyst, a role they held until 2016. Currently, they are working as the Director of Enterprise Solutions and Senior Business Analyst at Red Lion Controls, where they have been since 2016.

Wesley Gates completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of Scranton from 1981 to 1985. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications in project management. These certifications include "Develop Your Project Management Skills," "Project Management Foundations," "Project Management Foundations: Budgets," "Project Management Foundations: Communication," "Project Management Foundations: Ethics," "Project Management Foundations: Requirements," "Project Management Foundations: Risk," "Project Management Foundations: Teams," "Software Project Management Foundations," and "Why Projects Fail and How to Improve Their Success." These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn, with all certifications obtained in December 2022 except for "Project Management Foundations: Risk," which was obtained in 2018.
