Leslee Torres

Leslee Torres is the current Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at Red Lion Hotels. Leslee has previous experience as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) at RLH Corporation from January 2016 to December 2019. Leslee is responsible for identifying and leading broad strategic initiatives for corporate growth, goal setting and metric definition, and liaising with the Board of Directors. Leslee is also a thought leader who communicates on behalf of the brand in major sales efforts and conferences. Leslee has successfully improved unit growth through implementation of market and customer analytics, performance metrics and training improvements.

Leslee Torres has a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Yale University, where they graduated with academic distinction in the top 10%. Leslee also has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Technology from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where they also graduated with academic distinction.
