James McKeating

James McKeating has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, with a focus on operations. James started their career at Chili's Grill and Bar as an Area Director in 1995 before transitioning to the role of Regional Director at Brinker International in 2000. In 2006, they joined Darden Restaurants as the Senior Vice President of Operations, where they stayed until 2012. Most recently, McKeating served as the Vice President of Operations at Red Lobster from 2015 until present.

James McKeating attended the University of Houston from 1979 to 1983, where they earned a BA in Marketing.
