Kim Bravar

Kim Bravar, MSM, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Kim'smost recent position is as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Red Lobster, where they lead a team of Employee Relations Managers and is responsible for compliance, labor relations, corporate security, and employee relations initiatives. Prior to this, they worked as a Manager, Training and Development at Red Lobster, where they focused on building the knowledge and skills of new managers through training initiatives. Kim also has experience at Darden Restaurants as a Learning Designer, Operations Management Development, where they designed and implemented training programs for frontline employees and operations management. Additionally, Bravar has worked at Universal Orlando as a Director of Human Resources, where they served as an HR partner to division senior leadership and directed a team on corrective actions, performance development, union avoidance, and talent management. Kim Bravar, MSM, SHRM-CP has a Professional Masters of Science in Management degree with a specialization in Human Resources from the University of Central Florida, obtained in 2013. Kim also holds a SHRM-CP certification from the SHRM - Society for Human Resource Management, obtained in 2006. Kim has a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Webster University, earned between 2000 and 2002. Additionally, they have earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Valencia College. Kim also holds a second SHRM-CP certification from the SHRM, obtained in December 2016.
