Leilani Batty, PMI-ACP, PMP, SA, is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as the Creator at The Digital Butterfly, a community dedicated to empowering IT professionals, especially women. Previously, Leilani held the position of Senior Director of Digital Program Management and Product Development at Red Lobster, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams in digital strategy and product development. Prior roles encompassed Director of the Portfolio & Program Delivery Office at AdventHealth, overseeing a team focused on portfolio management and agile practices, as well as various leadership positions at Universal Orlando Resort and The Walt Disney Company, showcasing a strong background in technology management and program delivery. Leilani holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts in Graphic Design from the International Academy of Design and Technology-Tampa.
