Red Nucleus is hiring an Associate Account Director to join our global team! This role can be full-time remote in the US. Candidates that can work EDT hours are preferred.

How You Will Contribute

The Associate Account Director will be responsible for leading and managing accounts/large projects and team members managing smaller accounts:

  • To drive organic business development for each allocated account/project to meet/exceed agreed revenue (fee) targets
  • To assist in the development of strategic medical communication plans and their tactical implementation
  • To develop mutually beneficial business relationships with key client stakeholders
  • To ensure accurate and timely financial planning and reporting
  • To deliver effective team management:
    • Delivering the highest quality of client service as measured by client delight
      • Providing expert client services guidance to all departments within the agency

      • Overseeing, and if appropriate, implementing training based upon personal development plans

      • Managing the overall resourcing and work allocation for the team

Understanding and ability to apply

  • Drug development process

  • Differential clinical benefits of each product

  • Development process of strategic medical communication plan and associated tactics including:

      • Publication plan
        • Gap analysis
        • Lexicon
        • Publication tactics
        • Medical affairs tactics
  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in science in business related subject

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in client services for a medical communications agency

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to plan/organize and multitask
