Rebecca G. Parkerson, CPTD, M.Ed., is currently serving as a Global Product and Consulting Strategist at Red Nucleus since 2023. With extensive experience in the learning and development sector, Rebecca has held key leadership roles, including Vice President and Managing Partner at PTi Learning & Performance since 2011 and Director of Learning and Development Solutions at Talogy from 2021 to 2023. Previous positions include Chief Product Strategist and Architect at CALIPER MANAGEMENT, INC from 2018 to 2021, Chief Consultant and Client Advisor at Advantis Research and Consulting/InnerWorks from 2002 to 2010, and Vice President of Regional HR & Learning and Development at Alltel Wireless from 1998 to 2001. Early in the career, Rebecca was an HR Business Partner and Recruiting Director at Systematics from 1990 to 1997. Rebecca holds a Master's degree in Workforce Development and Training from the University of Arkansas and a B.A. in History from Hendrix College, along with studies at the University of Oxford.
