Laura Rogers has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Laura began their career in 2003 with College Works Painting, where they progressed from Branch Operator to District Manager and eventually became a General Manager. In this role, they marketed painting services to homeowners and supported the Vice President in customer relations and training planning.

In 2006, Laura moved on to Fetch Storage as a Marketing Associate. Here, they developed and executed marketing programs, created press releases and advertisements, and implemented processes to evaluate marketing and sales results.

From 2007 to 2010, Laura worked at The Brookeside Group as a Senior Associate and Instructional Designer. In this role, they identified client needs, designed interactive training solutions, and built expertise in digital learning technologies.

Next, Laura joined Digitas Health in 2010 as a Senior Associate and Project Manager. Here, they managed website development and launched projects for a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical client. Laura led project-level productions and ensured project objectives were met.

Laura then joined American Tower in 2011 as an Instructional Designer. In this role, they designed and developed learning programs for global markets in multiple languages. Laura created eLearning courses and oversaw the learning development process from assessment to evaluation.

In 2015, Laura took a travel sabbatical before joining Red Nucleus in 2016. Laura has held various roles in the company, starting as an Instructional Designer and progressing to Instructional Design Director and currently Group Instructional Design Director.

Laura Rogers has a diverse education history. Laura obtained a Graduate Certificate in Adult and Organizational Learning from Northeastern University from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, specializing in Entrepreneurship and Small Business, from Northeastern University between 2002 and 2007. Additionally, Laura attended The American College of Greece in 2005 and 2006, although no specific degree or field of study was provided for this institution. Furthermore, Laura holds a certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is not known.
