Joli Oliver is an experienced professional in the field of social-emotional learning and mental health, currently serving as the Prevention/Out-of-School Time Program Coordinator at Red Oak Behavioral Health since October 2010. In addition to this role, Joli is a member of the Leadership Team at SEL4OH and has been a Breathe For Change Teacher since March 2021, focusing on wellness, yoga, and SEL practices. Joli's commitment to enhancing community well-being is supported by a Master of Arts in Social-Emotional Learning from National University and a Bachelor of Science in Dance from Kent State University. Prior experience includes working for Reach Out and Dance at CVYB from August 2008 to May 2010.

Its mission is to change lives by partnering with the community and those in need of behavioral health services. Red Oak Behavioral Health has nearly 80 licensed clinicians and 45 case managers. The agency serves approximately 4,000 children and adults living with mental health disorders every year. Accredited by Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services and COA, Red Oak has become part of the fabric of social services and community behavioral health agencies in the Greater Akron area.
