Michelle Ailara

Michelle Ailara has held various leadership roles in educational institutions, including Deputy Superintendent at Red Oak ISD and Principal at Bowie Elementary in Grand Prairie ISD. Michelle has also served as the Executive Director of Instructional Leadership, Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, and Director of Planning and Evaluation at Red Oak ISD.
