Previous roles include Director of Operations for Oceans New York and various leadership positions within The Chapman Group, overseeing multiple venues. Thomas spent eight years with Bold Food / Bobby Flay, progressing from Manager at Mesa Grill to Director of Operations at Gato. Earlier in their career, Thomas was an Editor at Dossier. Thomas holds a Master's degree from Syracuse University, obtained between 2002 and 2005.
