Louie G. has worked in the customer service industry for the past three years. In 2020, they began working as a Customer Success Manager for Red Piranha. Prior to this, they held two positions at Caspio from 2018 to 2020, as an Account Manager and a Jr. Technical Support Specialist. In 2017, they were an Intern in the Integrated Hospital Operation and Management Program at East Avenue Medical Center.

Louie G. obtained a Master's Degree in Information Technology from the Technological University of the Philippines between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the Quezon City University between 2013 and 2018. Additionally, they obtained the GSE2x: Leaders of Learning certification from edX in April 2020.
