Priti Mehta-Shah

Priti Mehta-Shah has an extensive and accomplished background in business. Priti began their career at The North West Company, where they served as Director of Corporate Development for nine years. In this role, they were responsible for the company's strategic planning and business development initiatives.

In 1999, Priti joined Andersen, a global professional services firm, as a Principal. Priti spent five years with Andersen, during which time they advised clients on a variety of corporate finance matters.

In 2004, Priti left Andersen to join Ernst and Young as Vice President of Corporate Finance. Priti spent two years in this role before moving to BDO Canada Corporate Finance Inc., where they served as Senior Vice President for six years.

Priti has also been active in the community, serving as Chair of the Women's Enterprise Centre of Manitoba from 2007 to 2009. In 2014, they were elected Chair of the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce, a position they held for one year. Currently, Priti is a Board Member at Red River Mutual.

Priti Mehta-Shah has a degree in accounting and finance from the University of Manitoba. Priti is a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Priti is also a Chartered Accountant (CA) and has completed the Executive Development Program at the ICD.
