Erika Pribnow

Erika Pribnow currently serves as the Director of Human Resources Business Partner at Red River since July 2023. Previously, Erika held multiple positions at MAG Aerospace from October 2018 to July 2023, including Senior Manager and Senior HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes roles at Freedom Partners Shared Services, where Erika worked as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner and Recruiting Coordinator, and a Human Resources Intern at Central York School District. Erika began a career in customer service at Royer's Flowers and Gifts, where responsibilities included sales and administrative functions. Educationally, Erika earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Liberty University between 2011 and 2014.
