James Carnall

James Carnall has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. James has held various positions in the cybersecurity sector, including Head of Cybersecurity at Red River since 2023. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at ZeroFOX from 2020 to 2023, where they successfully integrated Cyveillance into ZeroFOX and achieved high levels of employee retention and customer adoption. Before that, James served as the General Manager at Cyveillance, powered by LookingGlass Cyber, in 2020, where they played a key role in transforming the unprofitable operation, restoring profitability, and developing a go-to-market strategy.

James'searlier roles include being the Senior Vice President at LookingGlass Cyber Solutions, Inc. from 2015 to 2020, where they led the Customer Support Group and released a companywide learning management system. James also held leadership positions at Cyveillance, a QinetiQ North America Company, from 2014 to 2015, and Cyveillance from 2005 to 2013. In addition to their cybersecurity roles, James has experience in sales and marketing, having worked as a Sales Consultant at FranklinCovey Products LLC and as the General Marketing Manager at Carnall Furniture Removals and Storage. James also has a background in performing arts as a Cast Member/Staff at Up With People.

From 2000 to 2004, James Carnall attended George Mason University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology. During their time at the university, they also pursued a minor in Management.
