Andrew Van Byssum is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in restaurant technology and application support. Currently serving as a Sr. Development & Support Engineer at Red Robin since August 2012, Andrew specializes in the configuration, development, and deployment of technology initiatives, acting as a technical escalation point and subject matter expert across various roles. Previous positions include Lead - IT Application Support and IT Restaurant Operations Systems Development & Support Engineer, where Andrew led teams, managed incident resolution, and ensured compliance with IT controls. Prior to Red Robin, Andrew held the position of Implementations Specialist at Alloya Corporate FCU, focusing on product implementation and offering second-level support. Andrew earned a BA in Business-Small Business Management from Trinity Christian College.
