Monique Weitz

Monique Weitz has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being the Human Resources Director at Red Rocks Country Club starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a People & Culture Business Partner at Schwazze and as a Human Resources Manager at both Pioneer Interests Inc. and True Harvest Co. Monique has also served as a Human Resources Generalist at Harvest Health & Recreation, Inc. Ms. Weitz's earlier career includes roles as an Associate Director of Human Resources at Channel Islands YMCA and as a Human Resources Associate II at YMCA of San Diego County.

Monique Weitz attended San Diego State University from 2014 to 2016. During their time there, they pursued a degree in Recreation Administration, focusing on Recreation Systems Management.
