Matthew Dodd

Matthew Dodd's work experience includes a role as a Materials Engineer at RedSea starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Swansea University as a Research Engineer and later as a Postgraduate Researcher from October 2018 to January 2023. Matthew also has experience as a Rugby Player at Swansea RFC since August 2014.

Matthew Dodd started their education at Olchfa School in 2007 and completed their studies there in 2014. During this period, they did not earn any specific degree or field of study. Matthew then enrolled at Swansea University in 2014 and graduated in 2018 with a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering. Matthew continued their education at Swansea University and pursued an Engineering Doctorate degree in Materials and Manufacturing from 2018 to 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Matthew also obtained several certifications. In August 2021, they obtained a Private Pilots Licence (PPL) from the Civil Aviation Authority. In December 2021, they completed Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) training from The Knowledge Academy, followed by Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification in the same month. In June 2022, Matthew completed a First Aid training program with St John Ambulance. Lastly, in October 2022, they received PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training from The Knowledge Academy.
