Michelle Glover

Michelle Glover has a diverse work experience in finance and operations. Michelle began their career as a Trainee Accountant at Deloitte in 2015, where they later became an Audit In-Charge for KKR & Co. L.P. After their time at Deloitte, Michelle joined Aerobotics as a Data Processing Manager in 2018 and later became the Head of Process Operations and then the Head of Operations. In 2022, Michelle worked as a Financial Accounting Consultant at Aerobotics and then moved on to FlexClub as a Finance Accounting Consultant. Currently, Michelle holds the position of Finance Manager at Conservio since March 2023 and will be joining RedSea as a Finance Project Manager in May 2023. Throughout their roles, Michelle has gained expertise in financial accounting, operations management, and process improvement. Prior to their professional career, they worked as an Accounting Tutor at the University of Cape Town in 2014.

Michelle completed their secondary education at Sacred Heart College in Johannesburg from 1998 to 2009. Michelle then attended the University of Cape Town from 2010 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Business Science degree with a concentration in Accounting and Finance. Following this, Michelle pursued further studies at the University of Cape Town in 2014, completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting. Additionally, Michelle obtained certifications such as the Assessment of Professional Competence and the Initial Test of Competence from the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
