Mike Hedger has over 25 years of experience in the software industry. Mike is currently the Chairman at Red Sift.

Previously, they were the Chairman at Perfect Channel from January 2014 to January 2019. Mike sold the business in December 2015.

From January 2007 to December 2015, Hedger was the Chairman at Mimecast. Mike took the company public through an IPO in 2007.

Hedger was also the Chairman at Balabit from January 2005 to December 2008 and at Conversocial from January 2000 to December 2005.

In 2000, they founded KVault Systems (KVS) and served as its CEO until 2005 when they sold it to Veritas (Symantec) for $225 million.

From 1995 to 1999, Hedger was the EVP Worldwide Operations at Forte Software.
