Richard Douglas

Richard Douglas possesses extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as an Advisor at Red Sky Partners, LLC, and as Chairman of the Board of Directors at both Aldeyra Therapeutics and MaxCyte, Inc., Richard Douglas also contributes as a board member with Novavax and as Executive Director of Labyrinth Choir. Richard Douglas has been involved in technology transfer at the University of Michigan, holding the position of Chairman of the National Advisory Board since 2005. Previous leadership experience includes Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Genzyme from 1982 to 2011. Richard Douglas holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Michigan.
