Head of Customer Success at Red Sky

Paula Niemczynowicz has been working in the IT industry since 2015. Paula began their career at Arvato Bertelsmann sp. z.o.o. (Szczecin, zachodniopomorskie) as a Customer Service Specialist providing telephonic and email support to Microsoft Partners in English, using CRM systems and communicating with companies and organizations operating in the EMEA market. Paula also provided information regarding the availability and functionality of Office 365 products, partner programs, and licensing rules.

In 2016, they joined Soda Media as an Account Manager and Quality and Compliance Manager.

Since 2018, they have been working for Red Sky, first as a Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist, creating content and developing marketing strategies for the Skinwallet project, and implementing and monitoring Social Media strategies for IT projects. Paula then moved up to Head of Customer Success, a leadership and supervisory role, where they were responsible for organizing work, procedures, and tools for the Support Team in the Skinwallet project.

Paula Niemczynowicz earned a Magister (Mgr) degree from Uniwersytet Szczeciński between 2006 and 2011. Her field of study was Anglistyka.
