Jackie Martell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and education. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the Wapakoneta Area Chamber of Commerce since November 2018, Jackie also holds the position of HR at Golden Fresh Farms under Red Sun Farms, which commenced in November 2016. In addition to these roles, Jackie is a faculty member in the Department of Psychology at the University of Phoenix since 2012, and has been a consultant in HR Consulting since 1998. Prior to these positions, Jackie worked as an HR Manager at Goodrich from June 1990 to August 1999.
