Aaron Juretus

Aaron Juretus has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Aaron began their career as a Web Developer Intern at Crocs, Inc in May 2010 and transitioned to the role of Senior Web Developer in February 2011. In this role, they worked on the Demandware platform and acted as a technical lead for large projects related to multiple ecommerce sites. Aaron also played a role in writing functional specs, organizing workflows, and maintaining the development process.

In 2014, Aaron joined Red Van Workshop as a Senior Salesforce B2C Developer & Architect. During their time there, they developed expertise in Salesforce B2C development and architecture.

In addition to their technical roles, Aaron also took on leadership responsibilities. At Red Van Workshop, they served as the Director of Talent, leading the Talent team in building in-house training curriculums, recruiting high-quality talent, and advocating for developer support and career growth. Aaron was also part of the leadership team responsible for strategic planning, goal tracking, and budgeting.

Aaron Juretus obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Web Design & Interactive Media from The Art Institutes, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. In addition to their degree, Aaron has also obtained several certifications including Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Architect from Salesforce in December 2019, Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Developer from Salesforce in December 2017, and Demandware Developer from Demandware in October 2015.
