Hugh Watkins

Hugh Watkins is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and DevOps across several prominent organizations. Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at Red Ventures, Hugh leads multiple teams, focusing on the Customer Data Platform to enhance real-time decision-making processes. Prior to this role, Hugh was Sr. Director of DevOps at ADP, where a successful transformation of the payroll engine was achieved, resulting in the recognition of the platform as the top HR product of 2020. Hugh's earlier experiences include leadership roles at Ericsson, TandbergTV, N2 Broadband, and BellSouth, where skills in developing complex systems and managing large teams were honed. Hugh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from The University of Georgia.
