Melinda Narciso

Melinda has led the Human Resources team at Red Ventures since 2004. She is responsible for developing an effective human resources infrastructure to successfully support Red Ventures' business operations. Her responsibilities encompass all facets of human resources, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, compliance and HR technologies.

Prior to Red Ventures, Melinda established and led the human resources team at Synapse Technology (now Conclusive Marketing). She also held various HR management roles at Info Systems of NC and Sykes, Inc., where she was responsible for launching the Charlotte customer interaction center to support a strategic relationship with Microsoft.

A native of North Carolina, Melinda graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
