Alexa Santora

Alexa Santora has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Alexa is currently the VP of Legal at red violet (NASDAQ: RDVT) since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at TransUnion from 2018 to 2021, initially as a Senior Attorney and later as Director, Assistant General Counsel. During their tenure at TransUnion, they provided strategic, transactional, and regulatory advice as in-house counsel, specializing in financial services and technology. Alexa also evaluated data security and privacy regulations and played a key role in mitigating overall organizational risk.

Before joining TransUnion, Alexa worked at Fox Rothschild LLP as an Attorney At Law from 2011 to 2018. In this role, they provided a range of services including contract drafting, negotiation, and review, bid protest evaluation, and compliance program development. Alexa also assisted clients with small business preference programs and provided FAR/DFARs compliance assistance.

Alexa began their legal career at Smith Currie & Hancock, where they served as a Law Clerk from 2010 to 2011 and as a Summer Associate in 2010. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Legal Assistant at Kenyon & Kenyon in 2009. Alexa's professional journey started as an Intern at M Booth & Associates in 2006.

Throughout their career, Alexa Santora has demonstrated their expertise in legal counsel, contract management, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.

Alexa Santora obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Media & Communications, graduating cum laude, from New York University in the years 2005 to 2008. Subsequently, from 2008 to 2011, they attended The George Washington University Law School, where they earned a Juris Doctor degree with honors. In January 2019, they obtained certification in the Fair Credit Reporting Act from the Consumer Data Industry Association.
