Cecilia Quattromani

Cecilia Quattromani, M. Ed., currently serves as the Senior Internal Communications Partner at Red Wing Shoe Co. and is a board member focusing on communications for the Ely NW Chapter of the North Country Trail Association. With extensive experience in human resources and communications, Cecilia co-owns Log Cabin Hideaways, managing customer communications, social media, and invoicing. Prior roles include HR Change & Communications Consultant at CQ Squared Consulting and various leadership positions at UnitedHealthcare, where significant contributions were made to talent strategy and employee engagement programs. An adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota School of Health Services Management, Cecilia holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Park University.
