Daniel Dean

Daniel Dean has extensive experience in human resources and labor relations, having held senior leadership roles at prominent companies such as Red Wing Shoe Co. and Land O'Lakes Inc. From February 2013 until May 2022, Daniel served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Labor Relations Leader at Red Wing Shoe Co., overseeing approximately 1,200 associates across multiple facilities. Prior roles include Regional Human Resources Manager at Land O'Lakes Inc. and various positions at ConAgra Foods and Kraft Foods, where responsibilities encompassed enterprise staffing, generalist HR functions, and project leadership. Daniel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and has contributed significantly to HR strategy development, labor relations, talent management, and organizational performance across diverse manufacturing environments.
