Alaa Helal

Alaa Helal is currently the Technical Sales and Business Development Manager at REDA Group, where Alaa works with various agents and distributors. Prior to this, Alaa held positions such as Technical Sales Support Manager at Gelymar SA and Technical Sales and Business Development Manager at Marketing & Trading International co. MIC. Alaa Helal has a strong background in research and development, having experience as a Research and Development Manager at Lactalis Group & Americana and Production and R&D section head at FrieslandCampina. Alaa also worked as a Microbiologist in R&D/Quality Assurance at Lactalis Group and as an R&D Engineer at MO'MEN Group Egypt. Alaa Helal holds a Master's degree in food science technology from ENSAIA, a Master's degree in chemistry of material science from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, and a Bachelor of Science in Biological and Agricultural Sciences with a focus on biotechnology, food and dairy science, and microbiology from Cairo University.
