Burke Kascha-Hare

Burke Kascha-Hare is focused on originating, developing, and financing complex multi-measure projects for Redaptive’s Strategic/Campus customers. Previously since 2008, Burke regionally managed C&I distributed energy sustainable solutions teams throughout the Western US for Duke Energy, REC Solar, and Tesla/SolarCity, focusing on the federal, public and private sectors. Prior to the energy industry, Burke spent five years in real estate project development and entitlements, as well as over five years as an Army field artillery officer.

Burke is a West Point graduate and in his free time enjoys convincing his four children that they should never go to Annapolis.
