Deepti Iyer

Deepti Iyer is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as Deputy Manager at Hindustan Platinum since February 2021. Prior to this role, Deepti held various positions at Cerebrus Consultants from February 2016 to February 2021, including Consultant, Associate Consultant, and Management Trainee. Early career experience includes an HR Trainee position at Acc Cement in mid-2015 and a role as Associate Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra from June 2011 to July 2014. Deepti earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from SIES College of Management Studies (2014-2016) and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai (2008-2011), with additional educational experience from Dun and Bradstreet in 2019.
