Paul Dhaliwal is a Principal at RedBlink. Paul has also worked as a Principal / Engineering Manager at Slalom Build, a Director of Engineering at 383 Media, Inc., and a Principal Architect at Mobclix. Paul has also served as an Engineering Product Manager at QuinStreet Inc.

Paul has extensive experience in delivering cloud native products for the fortune 500 companies in the Silicon Valley and around the country. Paul has also helped migrate monoliths to micro services based architecture and managed highly productive engineering teams. Paul has delivered cloud native apps at the following clients: Apple, Facebook, Gilead, DishNetwork, BlueYonder, Enlighted, etc.

Prior to joining RedBlink, Paul was the Director of Engineering at 383 Media, Inc. where they helped the company become a data driven enterprise, increasing revenue by 5x and increasing profits. This was a big differentiator in that market segment and 383Media received multiple acquisition efforts for its technology and the team. Paul managed a 80 member cross-functional engineering team across marketing systems, eCommerce, and Windows applications. Paul also managed data center operations and vendor relationships.

Before 383 Media, Paul was the Principal Architect at Mobclix where they served as the engineering product manager at QuinStreet Inc.
