Aylin Aron

Aylin Aron has held various roles in product management and leadership throughout their career. Aylin is currently a Product Director at Redbubble, where they have been working since 2018. Prior to that, they held positions such as Senior Product Manager and Product Manager at the same company.

Before joining Redbubble, Aylin worked as a Lead Product Manager at Sparkcentral by Hootsuite from 2016 to 2018. In this role, they led three engineering agile teams, developed real-time dashboards and analytics products, and successfully decreased customer churn.

Aylin Aron earned an Advanced Diploma in Web Design from Swinburne University of Technology in 2004. Aylin then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business - eCommerce from the same university, completing it in 2006. Aylin later attended Victoria University from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations.
