Alex Brignall

Alex Brignall is a seasoned professional in the research and investment sectors, currently serving as Managing Director at Redburn Atlantic since June 2014, with roles including Director of Research and managing Transport and Leisure Research. Previously, Alex was an Investor and Consultant at Sidecar Ventures from January 2018 to December 2022 and served as Associate Director in Equity Research focused on the Travel and Leisure sector at UBS from September 2009 to June 2014. Alex has extensive experience covering 14 companies across various sub-sectors, including European Airports and UK Bus and Rail. Alex holds a First Class Honours degree in Structural Engineering with Architecture from The University of Edinburgh, earned between 2005 and 2009, and attended Marlborough College from 2000 to 2004.
