M Mridul

M Mridul started working at Knoah Solutions in October 2016 as a Sr. eSupport Officer and remained in that position until February 2020. In 2020, M Mridul joined Redcentric as a Support Engineer and is currently employed there. Additionally, M Mridul will begin working as a Network Engineer at CallTek in November 2022.

M Mridul completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Osmania University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from JNTU Hyderabad from 2010 to 2014. Before pursuing their BTech degree, M Mridul completed a two-year program in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry (M.P.C) from the Board of Intermediate Hyderabad from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Ruckus ICX Implementer and Ruckus SmartZone Administrator from CommScope in January 2023, NSE 2, NSE 3, and NSE 1 from Fortinet in July 2022, and Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in February 2021.
