Olga Maj

Olga Maj is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Specialist at RedCompass Labs since January 2023, where responsibilities include managing the full-cycle recruitment process and fostering collaboration with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Prior to this, Olga served as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Samba TV, overseeing end-to-end processes and coordinating with external agencies, along with roles as Workplace Lead and Recruitment Coordinator. Earlier experience includes serving as a PR Coordinator for the Fashion Night UEK project and as a Guest Relation Officer at Grand New Century Kaimei Hotel. Olga's educational background includes a Master's degree in 中国学 from Shanghai International Studies University and a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Krakow University of Economics, complemented by studies in Chinese language and Applied Linguistics.
