Adriel Frederick

Adriel Frederick is the current VP of Product for Reddit X. Prior to this, they were the Director of Product Management for Marketplace at Lyft, where they oversaw product strategy, development, and operations for rider pricing, driver pay, driver incentives, matching, and operations tools. Adriel also drove product initiatives that improved efficiency and saved the company over $100 million per year. Before Lyft, Frederick was the Head of Product at Driver Group, LLC. and before that, they were the Product Lead for User Acquisition at Facebook. At Facebook, they grew the monthly active users from 500 million to 1.4 billion through SEO, SEM, and word-of-mouth marketing. Adriel also internationalized registration products to over 100 countries, refined new user activation products, and minimized the cost of active user growth through notification strategy and SMS delivery.

Adriel Frederick attended Princeton University and majored in electrical engineering and finance.

They are on a team with Serkan Piantino - VP, Foundational Product, Jason Costa - Director of Product, and Evan Hamilton - Director of Community. Adriel Frederick reports to Pali Bhat, Chief Product Officer.
