Carla H. McIntosh

Carla H. McIntosh is the current VP of Global Talent Acquisition at Reddit. Carla has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, having worked at Google for over seven years in various roles including Head of U.S. Google Operations Center Talent Acquisition and Senior Staff Solutions Consultant. Prior to their time at Google, McIntosh was the Director of Karta Staffing Services, a position they held for just over a year.

McIntosh is known for their ability to develop and implement employee engagement and talent acquisition strategies, as well as their work on global and transformational projects. Carla is a driven leader with a proven track record of success in the HR field.
