Pam Mejia

Pam Mejia is a seasoned professional in workplace operations and experience management, currently serving as the Senior Experience Manager for Global Places at Reddit, Inc. since May 2021. Prior to this role, Pam worked at Houzz where a progression of titles culminated in Senior Manager of Global Workplace Experience, demonstrating expertise in managing workplace operations and enhancing employee experiences. Earlier career experiences include leadership roles in guest and facilities management at European Wax Center, as well as event coordination for both private and corporate events at Charter Yachts of Newport Beach. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Media Studies from UC Irvine, completed in 2015.
